WHEN DOES YOUR WARRANTY EXPIRE?
If you don't know call us with your Vehicle VIN# and we can tell you! Come in and take advantage of our free end of Warranty Inspections before it expires.
SO YOU HAVE WRECKED YOUR MOTORCYCLE... NOW WHAT?
Have your bike brought into our service department here in Tucson, Arizona for a collision estimate. All of our mechanics have years of experience performing estimates and repairs on damaged motorcycles.
WHAT IS THE REPAIR PROCESS?
The process to repair damage can be lengthy. All of our H-D® parts are ordered directly from Harley-Davidson®, unless aftermarket parts are on the bike (in which case we will acquire the parts from the corresponding manufacture). Depending on the make, color, and year of your motorcycle, it may take up to 10 weeks for painted parts to be delivered from the factory. It can take up to 72 hours for the estimate to be performed on your motorcycle. Once the estimate is complete, it is typically faxed to your insurance company (unless directed otherwise by the insurance adjuster). Also after the estimate is completed, a field adjuster from the insurance company comes out to verify any damage and approve repairs. When repairs have been approved, payment is issued by the insurance adjuster on the spot, or it is sent to the store (in some cases, you, the customer) a few days after the field adjuster has stopped by. We CAN NOT order parts until the insurance check has been received by our collision advisor. Payment made by the insurance company is less your deductible (if applicable). The deductible is not due until repairs are completed, and you are picking up the motorcycle to take home.
Did you know that you can have upgrades done to your motorcycle while it is at our service center in Arizona for damage repairs? Prior to us ordering parts for your motorcycle repairs, sit down with our collision advisor and discuss the changes you would like to make. Odds are that the insurance company has already paid for most of the parts and labor for your upgrades already! You can not make changes to the repairs to eliminate your deductible. See your Service Writer for details!

We honor all warranty work and favor any recalls. We accommodate any type of problem that may arise with your Harley-Davidson® motorcycle in an efficient, precise, and timely manner.
CAN I DROP MY BIKE OFF WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes! If you are coming in for a routine maintenance, tires or a diagnostic issue we offer no appointment drop-offs. Here's the skinny; drop your bike off with those issues any day the Service Department is open before noon on Monday through Saturday (Service is closed Sunday), and we will complete the service, tires, or get the bike diagnosed by the close of business the following business day. Remember, motorcycles dropped off on Saturday will be completed by close Monday.
Note: Diagnostics will be completed by close the following day; however, repairs recommended as a result of diagnostics may need to be scheduled. (Please read "When do I need to make an appointment?")
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
We reserve appointments for people who wish to wait while we work on their motorcycles.
We also require appointments for accessory installations, major repairs, and motorcycles that have multiple unknown issues as they take more than one day to complete.
Your scheduled appointment time is to meet with your expert Service Advisor. Please understand that it is not the time we start the work on your motorcycle. This is true whether you are waiting for your motorcycle or dropping the motorcycle off for later repairs. We set time aside with our Advisors so they can determine your needs, discuss price and time expectations. By scheduling this way, you will have a better understanding of how much your visit will cost, when to expect your motorcycle back, and ensure we completed all of your requests.
CAN I WAIT WHILE THE TECHNICIAN IS WORKING ON MY MOTORCYCLE
Yes! If you would like to wait for your motorcycle while we work on it, we need to set an appointment for you. Our general rule of thumb is waiters can be accommodated on repairs that are "known quantities" and typically less than 4 hours of work. In other words, we need to know for certain how long the job will take such as routine service, tires, and accessories. Unfortunately, on some repairs we cannot determine how long they may take. In those cases, we don't want to risk having you wait hours only to send you home due to unforeseen complications.

DOES TUCSON H-D® OFFER PICK UP OR DELIVERY?
Yes! It's easy to make an appointment to reserve our truck and driver. We offer a flat fee of $40.00 to pick-up or deliver within a 10 mile radius. Outside of the 10 mile radius there is an additional charge per mile ($1.00 per mile) to cover our driver's time and fuel costs. Mileage is predetermined using Google Maps.
Note: Pick-up and delivery service isn't always available on the spur of the moment. Please plan ahead and call one of our Service Advisors to schedule your pick-up or delivery. If you send an internet request for this service, please allow 24 hours for a response.
