Why us

My wife and I were passing through Tucson when we broke down. We came into your dealership Saturday, November 28. We got there right after you opened. You got right on the bike with no delay. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. You had us back on the road by 2:00pm. I was ask several time if it would be ok if you washed the bike. Of course I said yes. It was really dirty after riding from Texas in the rain. I will have to say I was disappointed went I saw what you called a wash job. But, I know you were rushed and trying to get me back on the road. Before we made it back to Texas we had developed oil leaks. I took it into the dealer in our area. They fixed it and called me to let me know it ready. I called Tucson Harley and talked to the service department. I was very please when you called me back and informed me that you were taking care of the bill. I realize that sometimes things just happen. What is unusual is to find businesses that will will admit to making mistakes and are willing to accept the responsibility. I applaud you for that. You have earned my respect. Keep up the good work.

I live in Phoenix and was on a labor day 3 day trip to eastern Arizona. As the group of riders that I was with pulled into Tucson my shifter lever broke. I pulled over to the side of the road and called Harley of Tucson immediately. Right away Kay gave me the number to the HOG ERS as I left my HOG member card at home. I then spoke with Cameron in Service and told him what was going on. He immediately had an idea of what the situation was and told me that if I could get the bike to him he would be able to get it looked at ASAP. My bike arrived at the dealer on a tow truck that was arranged for by HOG. The guys in the garage got me to the service desk where I was greeted by Cameron. He remembered my phone call and got me written up right away. As I was going to be spending my Labor Day weekend camping and riding HWY 191 in eastern AZ my bike was loaded with gear. Cameron helped me unload my bike and stored my gear in their office. There were a lot of things going on at the dealer that day and they were very busy. I did a little "wish" shopping and all of the people on the sales floor were great. My cell phone was going dead so I was able to charge it at the docking station that is on the counter in the customer lounge area (that was so awesome). Mark Vasquez was the mechanic that worked on my bike. Mark was able to easily diagnose the immediate issue with my bike and he also noticed that my fork seals were leaking. Between Mark and Cameron they were able to get repairs approved through my Harley Extended Warranty, get the issue fixed and get me back on the road later that day. Mark went over the bike with me and told me everything that he did to it and what exactly the problem was. He told me what different signs I may need to look for in case something went wrong and what I needed to do about it. Of course, there were no issues the repair. The next day I was able to meet up with the group I had originally been riding with. They were amazed at how quickly Harley of Tucson got my bike in and out and on the road again. I was able to get in a kickass ride on the Devil's Highway and I could not have done that without Cameron and Mark. Harley to Tucson totally ROCKED it for me and kept me on the road and turned a breakdown in a city where I didn't know a soul into one of the best weekends that I have ever had riding my bike. I have bought 3 Harley's from here in the last 6 years. 1 new and 2 used. All, so far, have been excellent bikes. Still have all three. The sales staff and service staff are all top notch. I purchased the service plan with each of these bikes and am glad I did. They change the oil every 2500 miles and all factory required service at 5K, 10K, etc. is taken care of. My bikes have always run flawlessly and are always clean when I pick them up and I'm very picky when it comes to my bikes cleanliness. Never had an issue.
The sales staff has never been pushy. They pointed out and recommended certain features on the new bike I bought which made me choosing it over one of the others much easier.
When I wanted to upgrade my Rocker C with the Stage II kit the service department also made suggestions, such as cam choice, that aided me in determining which direction I wanted to go with it.
Everyone at this dealership has always been there for me and treated me as a friend. Whether just BSing, offering suggestions or talking about one of the great rides we have here in Southern Arizona they've always had time to talk to ME.
The motorclothes girls have also helped on a number of occasions when trying to pick out that special gift for my wife or grand daughter. Thanks!
Special thanks to Matt, Roe and Danny. You guys are the Best!

First, I must say that Terry in the sales dept made me feel welcome, and I truly enjoyed speaking with him. He showed me around and introduced me to many of his coworkers. The overall atmosphere was friendly and laid back. I dropped off my softail deuce for service and a few repairs and upgrades. I had heard about the expertise and professionalism of Jay Rockey. Not only did he fullfill all of my expectations, but he took care of a few minor details that I was not aware of. This gentleman cares about what he does. I will never take my bike anywhere else. I received courtesy calls from George. I can see that this service team is on the ball. Thank you, guys! Keep hitting it out the ball park!
